Description

We are currently hiring Call Center Agents for a fast-growing account in Centris Eton, Quezon City. This role involves delivering high-quality customer support by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

• Resolve customer concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution

• Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions

• Work closely with team members to improve service quality and processes

• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services

• Identify opportunities to improve overall customer satisfaction

• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets

Minimum Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate or HS Grad Old Curriculum

• With at or Without Work Experience or Without BPO Experience Are Welcome

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Willing to work onsite in Centris Eton, Quezon City

• Open to shifting schedules

• Can start ASAP
