Support customers through voice, chat, and customer service channels for one of the world’s leading online shopping and digital commerce platforms.
Qualifications
At least 1 year BPO experience
Good to above-average communication skills
Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
Customer service experience preferred
Financial Account (Chat Support / Payroll Background)
Support customers for financial and payroll-related services while handling inquiries through chat and customer support channels.
Qualifications
At least 1 year BPO experience
Minimum 6 months chat support experience OR 1 year payroll experience
At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
Good to above-average communication skills
Amenable to work onsite
Financial Account (Healthcare Background Preferred)
Provide customer support for financial-related services with preference given to applicants with healthcare industry experience.
Qualifications
At least 1 year BPO experience
Healthcare account background preferred
At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)
Good to above-average communication skills
Amenable to work onsite
General Qualifications
Applicants should have:
At least 1 year BPO or Call Center experience
Strong customer service orientation
Good computer navigation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required
