Qualifications

• Good to above-average communication skills

• Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig

• Customer service experience preferred

Financial Account (Chat Support / Payroll Background)

Support customers for financial and payroll-related services while handling inquiries through chat and customer support channels.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year BPO experience

• Minimum 6 months chat support experience OR 1 year payroll experience

• At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)

• Good to above-average communication skills

• Amenable to work onsite

Financial Account (Healthcare Background Preferred)

Provide customer support for financial-related services with preference given to applicants with healthcare industry experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year BPO experience

• Healthcare account background preferred

• At least High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum)

• Good to above-average communication skills

• Amenable to work onsite

General Qualifications

Applicants should have:

• At least 1 year BPO or Call Center experience

• Strong customer service orientation

• Good computer navigation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig

• Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required
